Body Of Art Foundation prides itself on providing quality products and a high standard of service to its customers. All orders and purchases made through this store are subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined below.
Payment security
Credit card payments are secured using 128-bit SSL encryption. This ensures all credit card details you send to us, directly or indirectly via the internet will be encrypted. If any other user intercepts the communication, they will only be able to view the encrypted form. This makes it impossible to be intercepted by an unauthorised party as long as your browser supports the use of encrypted data transmissions.
Privacy
Body Of Art Foundation is committed to complying with legislation governing privacy of personal information by businesses. Body Of Art Foundation has relevant security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of personal information under our control. Any personal information you provide will be stored and managed by Body Of Art Foundation and will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will not be added to any third party mailing lists.
Shipping and handling
All orders are despatched as soon as possible, subject to availability. Please allow 28 days for delivery on all products especially if you are outside the UK. Any shipping charges are a guide only, and are subject to change at the discretion of the nominated courier or shipping company. Charges do not take into account any bulk discounts or lodgements. Shipping companies assess charges for parcels according to their actual or cubic weight equivalent, whichever is greater. Weights are rounded up to the nearest unit of measurement in all calculations. Dimension restrictions apply to all parcels, including maximum length and girth.
If products are not available you will be notified via email and given the option of back ordering or having the amount charged to your credit card / paypal refunded. Standard domestic and international shipping and handling fees may apply. Shipping charges may be determined by packing size, weight and delivery location.
Payment
Payment by PayPal, Bankcard, MasterCard or Visa via a nominated online payment gateway only.
Returns
Every care is taken to ensure your products are despatched in perfect condition. Please contact Body Of Art within 48 hours of receiving goods which are damaged or faulty. Defective items will be replaced. Body Of Art Foundation will not process refunds for incorrect purchase or change of mind. All refund requests need to be made in writing within 7 days of purchase.
